Refund Policy


If a customer needs a refund, should contact us to submit a refund request. Our team will be in touch with you within 24 hours (working days) and your amount will be refunded if the problem still persists. Please note that refunds take 5-7 business days to get credited in your account.


Refund Terms


In the following conditions, we might refuse to provide you a refund:


  1. If you order services from any other websites or service providers any time (not just the time during our campaign). We can’t determine where your social media account got the issue from if you order service from multiple service providers. From that point of view, neither we are responsible for any kind of damage nor we can process the refund.
  2. If your followers/ likes / comments / views get dropped before ordering our services. If you find such issues by using our services, contact us and we will provide a solution.
  3. If you block/ delete/ remove any followers/ likes/ plays/ views we are not responsible to refund you in that case.


Cancellation Policy


  1. If your page/ account/ Video / photo is private we can’t provide services to that content or account. Your order might get cancelled. Please make sure your accounts / photos / Videos are public before you place the order.


To Proceed any order you need to agree on all these terms. If you find any terms non-agreeable you can cancel the order anytime and exit from the website.

Delivery Policy

We will deliver the service as disscussed on our sales / order page. Sometime the delivery might get delayed for unavoidable circumstances. You may contact us for an immediate solution. Our team will be on your service.
